Prior to working with Trinity Advisory, we had good years, bad years, but we could not gauge why we had a good year or why we had a bad year. So with Rod and the Trinity Advisory team, we sat down and we analyzed every part of the business, broke each section down, and that way I can gauge what we need to do moving forward.
