We had come to a crossroads as to how we would grow or what we would do next in terms of our business growth and our direction. We probably just needed someone to give us that little push in the right direction as we were growing.
When we met Rod and Sue at Trinity Advisory, because we met them as a couple, it appealed to us to as a couple running a small business. There was an affinity between what they were doing and what we were doing.
Before Trinity Advisory, I felt like Michael was very much working on one part of the business, producing the work, and I was working on the numbers. When we met with our accountant, that was the first time we would be talking together about what was going on in the business.
Working at Trinity Advisory, I feel like we now both know what’s going on. We work better together as a team. We’re more aligned where we both know the numbers and the projects and where the business is heading.
The thing I like about Trinity Advisory is feeling like you are part of a wider community. It feels like you’re just meeting with friends and talking about business and other things. That’s the way we tend to run our business – as a very family-orientated business. The same applies with Trinity Advisory.
